About Coach

I like many people, was scared of CrossFit before I started. However, once I joined in the summer of 2022 I was immediately hooked! I had played sports when I was younger but lost that passion with the more weight I gained from injuries and poor nutrition habits. Around Spring 2024 I was given an opportunity to intern and learn how to coach and I ran with it. Here I am almost a year later and have my CFL-2 certificate and loving every second of it!

Turning Point

I was suffering from a head injury from a previous job. And became isolated from anxiety, depressed, and stuck in bad eating habits I felt like I was stuck in a rut and hated myself. Everything that would “help” me always felt too hard to do. Finding ACF and seeing I could start at my own level is what got me to the gym. The encouraging community that is now my family is why I stay. I am here at least 5 days a week and my mental and physical health have never been this amazing. I can honestly say CrossFit saved me both physically and mentally.

Motivation & Passion

As someone who used to constantly “give up” on themselves because it was “too hard.” I want to help show everyone that they are capable of more than what their brain tells them.
